Transition Care Network Showcase Event

The NSW Government Agency for Clinical Innovation’s Transition Care Network Showcase Event on Monday 16 November 2026 is a dynamic virtual event bringing together clinicians, researchers, consumers, service providers and leaders who are passionate about improving the transition from paediatric to adult healthcare. The showcase will feature inspiring lived experience perspectives, innovative approaches and practical insights from experts across disability, epilepsy, palliative care, rehabilitation and emerging research.

One presentation to look out for is My Health Choices My Way – an inclusive research program aiming to improve health care transitions for young people with intellectual disability by Iva Strnadová, Elizabeth Emma Palmer and Skie Sarfaraz (UNSW).
